Chandigarh, April 25
DAV College Teachers Union (DAVCTU, a unit of PCCTU) elected new office bearers under which Uday Bhan Singh has been elected President and Neeraj Chamoli has been elected Vice President.
Other office bearers are Jitendra Bhalla Secretary, Pushpinder Singh Joint Secretary, Deepak Garg Finance Secretary, Bhushan Kumar Auditor, Ashish Kapoor PRO, while Amit Narula, Himanshu Rampal and Pramod Bhargava were elected as District Delegates. Poonam Jindal and Sandeep Singh have been elected as executive members.
The newly elected association will serve for two years. The newly elected members of the teachers union, wishing for a bright future for the students, resolved to unite their voices and work for the welfare of teachers and education.
