In response to the outcomes of the Lok Sabha elections in 2024, former Union Minister and Trinamool Congress leader Yashwant Sinha stated that Chandrababu Naidu and Nitish Kumar ought to join the INDI Alliance right away instead of the NDA. He warned them that if they stuck with supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi, history will judge them.

Yashwant Sinha’s said this after PM Modi addressed the BJP workers at its New Delhi headquarters and thanked the voters of the country for the third term to the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) which PM said was indeed historic. PM Modi also said that his third term would be a tenure of big decisions. The focus would be on bringing corruption to an end.
