Chandigarh, January 9

The Punjab IAS officers have expressed resentment over the Punjab Vigilance Bureau’s action against IAS officer Neelima who was recently booked by VB.

A delegation of around 50 IAS officers met Chief Secretary VK Janjua and flagged their resentment before them. The officers said that the procedure has not been followed while registering the case against Neelima.

As per reports, the meeting of IAS officers with CM Bhagwant Mann is underway.

It may be recalled that the PCS officers and the subordinate staff have gone on a mass leave against the arrest of (PCS) officer Narinder Singh Dhaliwal, posted as Regional Transport Authority (RTA) at Ludhiana by Vigilance.
