In a joint campaign under ‘Gifting Smiles’ by DC Model Senior Secondary School in association with Mayank Foundation Under Gifting Smiles Project, more than 70 needy students of Government Senior Secondary Girls School were presented with kits containing school bags, shoes, uniforms, water bottles, books, lunch boxes.
Deputy Principal Manish Banga said Smile Gifting is a project of power of unity, cooperation and action to create a better future. The school in collaboration with the charitable organization Mayank Foundation, with the efforts of Dr Anirudh Gupta, CEO of DCM Group, to help the needy students studying in government schools had started this project. Under this event, the goods are collected from certain students and the same are presented to the needy students. He said helping others is true service in society.
AGM activities Heena, Neelam Chawla, Komalpreet, Manoj, Rakesh, Mayank Foundation members Deepak Narula, Rajeev Setia and others were present on this occasion.
