On the second day of camp on Sunday, a total of 50 applicants approached the camp with their claims at Community Centre, Sector 38-C, Chandigarh. As such, 118 applicants in total have visited the two days camp, out of which 99 have submitted their applications, as 19 have only come for enquiry.
All the applicants were well attended and have been provided proper acknowledgment.
Their applications will be examined as per the Rules and the decisions will be conveyed to them within one month.
Public has appreciated the efforts being taken by Estate Office in settling their matters. They have praised the concept of organizing such camps which they remarked it as “Parshashan Aapke Dwar” i.e. Administration at your doorstep.
