Under directions of the Punjab State Legal Services Authority SAS Nagar, the SML Van was flagged off today by Virinder Aggarwal, District and Session Judge with the support of Ekta Uppal, CJM, for the purpose of Legal Literacy in different villages.
On this occasion, along with the Sessions Judge, Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Dhiman, SSP Deepak Hillori, Rajwinder Kaur, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ferozepur etc. were present.
Speaking on this occasion, the District and Sessions Judge said that this SMLVan has been given to District Ferozepur from 30.08.2023 to 12.09.2022 in which legal literacy will be spread by visiting different villages of District Ferozepur through this van. Along with this van, various panel advocates and paralegal volunteers of this office have been assigned the duty of running this literacy campaign.
