New Chandigarh SSP Kanwardeep Kaur takes charge

Chandigarh’s new SSP Kanwardeep Kaur took charge here on Thursday.

Recently the Ministry of Home Affairs had posted 2013 batch IPS Kanwardeep Kaur for the post of SSP Chandigarh.

The post of SSP (UT) was vacant after 2009 batch IPS officer Kuldeep Singh Chahal left the post 10 months before the completion of his three-year tenure. He was sent back to Punjab on 12 December 2022.
