Lok Sabha Speaker to decide on Amritpal’s oath taking as Punjab forwards case to him

New Delhi, July 3

Punjab Government has forwarded case of oath taking by Khadoor Sahib MP Amritpal Singh to Speaker Lok Sabha Om Birla. Amritpal had sumbitted an application to Deputy Commissioner Amritsar in this regard who farwarded the matter to Home Secretary Punjab.

Now Punjab government has written to Lok Sabha Speaker to decide on the matter. It is mandatory to take oath with 60 days of winning.
