Kapurthala administration today launched a “Ru-Bru “ program to facilitate the students for career guidance and prepare them to compete at next level for their bright future .
While interacting with the students from NJSA Government college kapurthala on maiden motivational talk, Mr Sarangal said that the district administration has decided to provide a platform in the form of “Ru-Bru” for the students to express their ideas about future challenges so that the administration facilitate them to meet them.
Under this newly launched program , Senior officials, Subject experts and Prominent personalities will take part in motivational talk with students on every Friday which will be a boon for the students for grabbing job opportunities and self employment efforts .
Sharing his experience with the students , Sarangal said that the biggest challenge faced by the students was to select the path after 12 standards or college life which needs to provide right direction by the experts under programs like “Ru-Bru” .
Registration of students has also been started on the spot which will provide training free of cost for skill development, personality development and self employment to the students . He also asked the officials of employment generation to start the registration for students at all colleges besides running a awareness campaign in villages.
The students will get all learning material and information via what’s app , mail etc for competitive exams . Besides that Deputy commissioner asked the officials to generate groups of students who wants to prepare themselves for UPSC and PPSC exams.
Students have also shared their future plans with the Deputy Commissioner and put many questions about the problems faced by them in education and job opportunities which were answered by the Deputy commissioner in length.
Prominent amongst present on the occasion included SDM Lal Bishwash Bains , Head of Employment generation Neelam Mahey , Jeevandeep singh .
