Haryana government services and information can now be accessed through the Jan Sahayak Help Me app, citizens can avail of the services via their mobile phones.
Sharing information in this regard an official spokesperson stated that registration is essential using either a mobile number or a Parivar Pehchan Patra to access the benefits of the services and information via the Jan Sahayak Help Me app.
The Spokesperson said that the app offers information on various government services categorised by departments, including emergency services like Dial 112, police (100), ambulance (108), and more.
Additionally, citizens can avail themselves of services ranging from bill payments to job listings and skill development opportunities.Access to a government telephone directory and the latest news, achievements, and announcements further enhance the app’s utility. Furthermore, various financial services are also available on the mobile app.
Through the Haryana Jan Sahayak app, citizens can avail themselves of services such as dry ration distribution, cooked food, doctor consultations, education, travel passes, financial aid, gas cylinder booking, ambulance services, and more.
Requests for any service made by an individual through the app are immediately forwarded to the respective district authorities for necessary action.
How to Download Jan Sahayak Mobile App:
All interested citizens who want to download the Jan Sahayak mobile app should download it from the Google Play Store. After installing the mobile app, open it and choose the language. Then enter a 10-digit mobile number and click the button.
An OTP verification code will be received, which should be entered in the designated space to verify the mobile number. After successful verification of the mobile number, requests for services can be made through the app.
