After taking over as CM Haryana by Nayab Singh Saini, to provide a new look to administraiton, major bureaucratic reshuffle has been ordered. TVSN Parasad appointed new Chief Secy and V Umashankar is new PS to CM. Total 8 IAS and 22 HCS officers transferred.Other senior officers in the CMO and OSDs to CM has also been transferred
Present CS Sanjeev Kaushal has proceeded on long leave.
