Congress candidate Gurjeet Singh Aujla met people in Majitha Halke today. Along with the Congress workers, Aujla also met the people of the village and assured them that the hand of Congress is always with them.
Will develop every area
Gurjeet Singh Aujla, while addressing various meetings at Halka Majitha, said that earlier also he had done all-round development of Amritsar and now his vision includes every work which could not be done earlier. Under this, he wants that the infrastructure of the airport should be developed and from here vegetables and fruits can be supplied to foreign countries through air route. The farmers of Punjab will fully benefit from this. He said that till now Rs 150 crore has been spent on the renovation of the airport and the development will continue further.

Today the election office of Congress Party was inaugurated in Majitha. On this occasion, Shri Bhagwant Pal Singh Sacharji, Block President Shri Navtej Pal Singh, Shri Paramjit Singh Pamma, Shri Navdeep Singh Sona, Shri Jagdeep Singh Goga Majitha and other workers were present.
After this, a meeting was held under the leadership of Block President Navtej Pal Singh in Sohian Kalan village of Majitha. On this occasion, Bhagwant Pal Singh Sachar, Paramjit Singh Pamma, Jagdeep Singh Goga Majitha, Sarpanch Gurjant Singh, Sarabjit Singh Saba, Navdeep Singh Sona, former Panchayat members Sarabjit Singh, Baljit Singh Virak, Jugraj. Then a meeting was held at the residence of Jhilmil Singh of Sadhpur village of Majitha.
