Avesh Goyal and his father Rakesh Kumar residents of Bhagat Singh Colony, Rampura phul, who are Directors in M/s Prime Casting Private Limited, Rampura Phul, Bathinda were held guilty and convicted in a Cheque bounce case.
The Court held that both the accused directors have committed an offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Hence, they are held guilty and convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. They were sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for one year each.
