Punjab State Power Corporation Limited has promoted Er. VPS Kailay Dy. Chief Engineer projects thermal design as CE Planning PSPCL.
Recently Er. VPS Kailay has assumed charge as chief engineer Planning PSPCL.
He joined PSPCL’s erstwhile PSEB on 11-11-1991 as A.E. and rose to the level of Chief Engineer. He did his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Thapar Institute, Patiala.
He also did the degree of LLB and LLM. During his 31 years of service in PSPCL, he served on various important assignments.
He served for around 6 years in the generation wing, around 15 years in the transmission wing, around 6 years in the distribution wing and around 4 years in ARR office under finance wing. In addition to engineering, he has great knowledge and interest in law field.
