Impressed by the policies of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), dozens of leaders of various political parties joined the Aam Aadmi Party at its Jalandhar office on Friday. AAP Punjab general secretary Harchand Singh Barsat formally inducted all the leaders into the party and welcomed them.
MLA Guralal Singh Ghanaur, Inderbans Singh Chadha, George Sahni, Atma Prakash Bablu, Subhash Prabhakar, Saurabh Bhagat and other party leaders were present on the occasion.
Those who joined the party included Hardwari Lal Yadav, Assistant Commandant (Retd) BSF, Dr. Jugal Kishore, Ex-CMO, Ramesh, Vice President, Punjab Bahujan Mukti Party, Sanjay Mandal, Vice President Samajwadi Party Jalandhar, Advocate Rahul Yadav, President Legal Cell Samajwadi Party Punjab, Gaurav Yadav Assembly Constituency Incharge Samajwadi Party Jalandhar (Cantt), Sanjay Kumar Constituency Jalandhar North Samajwadi Party, Satnam Singh Dhillon Constituency Incharge Jalandhar (Central) Samajwadi Party, Prabhakar, Block President Jalandhar (West) Samajwadi Party, Rahul Gupta Block President Jalandhar (West) Samajwadi Party, Shanki Yadav Block President Jalandhar (North) Samajwadi Party, Ajay Yadav Block President Jalandhar (Central) Samajwadi Party and Shivam Yadav Youth President Punjab Samajwadi Party and many other leaders.
Speaking on the occasion, AAP Punjab General Secretary Harchand Singh Barsat claimed that AAP candidate Sushil Kumar Rinku would win the Jalandhar bypoll with a huge margin. He said that impressed by the policies of the party and the works of the AAP government in Delhi and Punjab, people are continuously joining AAP.
