Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann paid homage to India’s hockey legend Major DyanChand on the occasion of his 118th birth anniversary and the 12th National Sports Day.
CM Mann took to X to pay tribute to the Hockey Legend.
“Major Dhyan Chand, the magician of the world of hockey…whose skill and the world of sports were convinced…only because of Major Saab, India got three gold medals in the Jholi Hockey Olympics… Today, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Major Dhyan Chand, I pay my heartfelt tribute while remembering the great player…,” CM Mann tweeted.
