BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh today targeted Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, saying that he is carrying out political propaganda in the state for his cheap electoral gains.
Chugh said that politically Bhagwant Mann is still immature due to his background. Giving a strong reaction to his statement, Chugh said that after crossing all limits of corruption, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has started talking about democracy.
Chugh said that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann should remember that it is because of this democracy that he is sitting on the Chief Minister’s chair.
“Now Chief Minister Bhangwant Mann is trying hard to hide the fact that the top leadership is already in jail in various corruption cases,” Chugh said.
The BJP leader said that at a time when land mafia, liquor mafia, and sand mafia are rampant in Punjab, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is behaving like a helpless pawn of Aam Aadmi Party convener Arvind Kejriwal.
Chugh said the Bhagwant Mann-led AAP government has seriously endangered the security of the border state, adding that the chief minister was aiming to disrupt peace in the border state.
Chugh said, “Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, in connivance with various mafias in Punjab, is helping Kejriwal and his group by looting the resources of Punjab.”
