With the objective of providing continuous and uninterrupted power supply to consumers during the paddy season, Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. Director Distribution Eng. DPS Grewal visited the divisional constituency Barnala and held a meeting with the concerned officials.
During the meeting, Grewal asked the officials to start preparations from now on in view of the coming paddy and summer season.
He directed the officials to complete all the maintenance-related works in time to make the supply smooth and continuous. So they have increased the capacity of grids, construction of new grids, and overload 66/11 KV. Instructions for underloading of lines and dated underloading of overloaded transformers of agricultural connections.
Apart from this, he also held a meeting with the people’s representatives and listened to their electricity-related complaints.The official urged them to stop the power theft and cooperate in the development works of the department.
He also instructed the officers and employees to behave well with the public on the spot. For this, the PSPCL officials and public representatives of the Barnala constituency expressed their gratitude to Inj Grewal.
