Haryana’s Health and Family Welfare Minister, Sh. Anil Vij, while returning from the inauguration ceremony of Mukund Lal Civil Hospital in Yamunanagar, conducted a surprise inspection to the CHC (Community Health Center) in Mullana this afternoon. As soon as he entered the CHC, Health Minister Anil Vij found doctors and staff missing, which made him angry.
Health Minister Anil Vij got the attendance register of doctors and staff, checked on the spot and directed to suspend five employees including two women employees who were found absent. During the surprise inspection, MPHW Anita Rani, MPHW Boti Devi, RKSK Counselor Vijay Kumar, MPHS Satbir Singh and Clerk Pawan Kumar were found absent from duty; directions to suspend them were given by Health Minister Anil Vij on the spot. On the other hand, the minister also reprimanded the doctors and other staff. He also questioned the staff regarding the CHC being vacant.
Health Minister Anil Vij inspected every ward in CHC
Health Minister Anil Vij suddenly inspection of Mulana CHC in the afternoon. As soon as he entered the CHC, the general ward and staff were found missing from their chairs. On this, Health Minister Anil Vij called out to the staff and asked, “Is there any staff in the hospital”. After a few times, doctors reached the spot who talked to the Health Minister. During this, the Minister asked them for non-attendance of the staff and to bring the attendance register.
Health minister asked patients “at what time the doctors checked”
During the CHC inspection, Health Minister Anil Vij went to the general ward and interacted with the patients admitted there. He asked the patients “did the doctor come to check; at what time did the doctors check on them”. After this, the Health Minister went to different rooms in the hospital and checked the presence of doctors and staff. During this, the staff was found absent from their seats, due to which Minister Anil Vij was upset.
Checked attendance register, got information about doctors and staff
Health Minister Anil Vij checked the attendance register of the doctors after inspection in the hospital and called out the name of each doctor to check their attendance. After this, he called for the register of the staff and checked the attendance of the staff by calling their names. During this, five employees were found missing who were directed to suspend them.
