AIIMS snatched from Amritsar will be brought back

AIIMS will be brought back to Amritsar and better health facilities will be provided to Guru Nagri and surrounding cities. Gurjeet Singh Aujla made this promise to the people of Amritsar today.

Election rallies were held in various areas of Amritsar city in favor of Congress candidate from Amritsar Lok Sabha constituency, Gurjeet Singh Aujla. Yesterday a meeting was held at Tehsil Pura, the residence of Councilor Shri Saurabh Maidan Mitthu in Tehsil Pura area of the city, which took the form of a huge rally. On this occasion, former Cabinet Minister Dr. Raj Kumar Verka, former MLA Jugal Kishore Sharma, Urban Chairman Ashwani Kumar Pappu, Councilor Girish Kumar, Chairman Maninder Singh Heera, Women President Shivani Sharma, Raman Maidan,  Sandeep Sarin, Gagan Bhatia, Jasbir Kohli and many other workers were present. Another such election rally was organized in Chheharta under the leadership of Councilor Satish Kumar Ballu. In his address during the rallies, Aujla said that infrastructure is also necessary for institutions like AIIMS, which has been developed in Amritsar. The ring road has been built and the airport and railway station have been renovated, now the AIIMS that was snatched from them will be brought back to Amritsar in the next term.

He said that his dream is that Amritsar should have all the facilities for which people should vote for him once again. On this occasion, apart from former minister Dr. Verka, former MLA  Jugal Kishore Sharma, Urban President Ashwani Pappu, Ravi Prakash Ashu, Rakesh Kumar Baba, INTUC President Surinder Sharma, Madhu Khanna, Ashwani Chhabra, Ajay Kumar, Block President Dharampal Ladi, Amit Kumar Monu, Sukh Engineer, Deepak Kumar Laddu, Saurav Sharma and other workers were present.
