Advocate Himanshu Malik has been appointed by the Union Ministry of Law and Justice as one of the youngest Senior Panel counsel to represent the Government of India before the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
Malik, currently representing the Government of India as its Central Government counsel since 2020 and has now been empanelled for three years as Senior Panel Counsel.
Malik is an alumnus of the Jindal Global Law School and has done his schooling at St George’s College Mussoorie. He represents various government organisations such as Municipal Corporation Chandigarh, Khalsa College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Amritsar Devi Lal University, Haryana, and Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
