BJP leader Ravneet Bittu on Sunday attacked AAP leaders in Punjab stating that ‘The AAP’ government of Punjab to please their political masters in Delhi as mere political drama and said that ‘AAP’ has insulted Shaheed Bhagat Singh ji today.
“The martyr who sacrificed his life for the freedom of the country will be surprised, today the Aam Aadmi Party is observing silence at his memorial in Khatkar Kalan for the “liquor scam”. Shaheed Bhagat Singh ji is a youth icon, not only from Punjab but from all over the world the youth follow him, but today the investigation agencies of India are silent on the person accused of liquor scam and that too is an insult to the martyr’s monument. His and her supreme sacrifice to the country. Are we Bhagat Singh Ji’s sacrifice has been compared by ‘AAP’ supremo?,” said Ravneet Bittu.
“I am determined that this liquor scam will also reach Punjab. The AAP party that came to power in the name of the Badals has not done anything in Punjab in two years, but has looted the state and its resources. The people of Punjab will give them a bitter answer in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections,” he added.
