Ottawa, October 1
Three Punjabis are among 20 persons arrested in over $65 million druge seizure case.
This campaign was named ‘Project Gateway’ which started in 2021 and culminated on September 14 in which 20 persons were arrested and numerous warrants of arrest were executed.
This campaign was coordinated by Peel Regional Police, Niagra Regional Police, Hamilton Nigara Detachment of Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
175 police officers were part of this campaign who executed warrants in Brahmpton, Miltel, Corolad besides other places.
Three Punjabis arrested include Harpal Bhangu 42, Mehakdeep Mann 24 and Raghubir Shergill 42.
