Under Rule 5 (2) of Cadre Rules, 1954 and with the consent of the state governments of Tripura and Haryana, Rahul Modi, IAS is transferred from Tripura cadre to Haryana cadre due to his marriage with Haryana cadre IPS Deepti Garg.
