Takht Sri Patna Sahib Management Board President Jathedar Avtar Singh Hit has passed away.

He served the Sikh Panth for a long time and was active in the Sikh politics of Delhi. He was also the former president of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and a member of the core committee of the Shiromani Akali Dal.
