Chandigarh, September 22
BJP suffered another setback in Panchkula. Sunil Singla, ward no 13 councillor left the saffron party and joined Congress in the presence of the leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda.
Sunil Singla was counted among the special councilors of Panchkula MLA Gyan Chand Gupta. Sunil Singla said that we have family relations with Anand Singh Dangi. His son is contesting from Meham constituency on the Congress ticket, and will win with outside votes.
Singla said that he will work for Congress in Panchkula district.
“Congress government is coming in Haryana. People have made up their mind to form a Congress government,” he expressed.
