Punjab Cabinet Minister Sanjeev Arora has been appointed as the new Power Minister of the state following a reshuffle of portfolios. The charge of the Power Department was earlier with Harbhajan Singh ETO, who will now continue as Minister of Public Works.
Sanjeev Arora, MLA from Ludhiana (East), already holds the portfolios of Industries & Commerce, Information Technology, and Investment Promotion. With the addition of the Power Department, Arora’s responsibilities now cover key sectors critical to Punjab’s industrial growth and economic development.
