Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan, expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Mata Rajinder Kaur, mother of Senior Vice President of Punjab and Chandigarh Journalists Union and Senior Journalist Gurupdesh Bhullar.
In a press release issued here today, the Speaker said that 84-year-old Rajinder Kaur, who had retired as a district mass media officer from the health department, passed away last night. She was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Mohali after falling ill over the past few days.
The Speaker prayed to the almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and strength for the family during this difficult time.
