Sukhpal Singh Khaira gets bail

Congress MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira, who has been in jail since September 28, got bail today.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted bail in the NDPS case. Sukhpal Khaira was arrested on September 28. Intrestingly,

Punjab Police have lodged another FIR against Congress Leader Sukhpal Khaira at Subhanpur Police Station under IPC Sections 195A & 506 just before his release.
