Sukhpal Khaira granted bail in threatening and intimidation case

congress MLA was today granted bail by a local court in a threatening and intimidation case registered by Kapurthala police .
Kapurthala Judicial Magistrate first class Supreet Kaur today granted bail after hearing the arguments.The Judge also ordered to furnish a bail bond of rupees one lakh and not to intimidate the complainant.
It is pertinent to mention here that Kapurthala police registered a case under section 195A and 506 IPC on charges of intimidating and threatening the complaint Ranjit Kaur resident of village dogranwala near Kapurthala
Cong leader Sukhpal khaira was earlier granted bail by HC in a 2015 case, but arrested by Kapurthala Punjab police in another case on Jan 4.
Kaur is the wife of Kashmir Singh a key witness in 2015 case of NDPS act.
