Punjab Bandh: SGPC offices, institutions to remain closed on Dec 30 in support of farmers’ call

The offices and institutions of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee will remain closed in support of the Punjab bandh called by farmers’ organizations on December 30.

Shiromani Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami has taken this decision in support of the farmers’ struggle.Earlier, Advocate Dhami had also postponed the meeting of the Shiromani Committee’s Interim Committee, which was to be held on December 30, to December 31.

Advocate Dhami said that the central and state governments should give up their stubborn attitude and accept the legitimate demands of the farmers on a priority basis.
