Police recovers 5 pistols from criminals in Kapurthala

Kapurthala, November 20

Police today recovered 5 country made pistols along with few cartridges from three criminals during raids in Kapurthala.

Senior Superintendent of Police Gaurav Toora identified the criminals as Navjot Singh involved in five criminal cases including attempt to murder in Kapurthala , Arjan Singh and Gurpreet Singh.

SSP said accused Navjot Singh was recently released on bail from Modern jail and all the accused are in early twenties.

Police said they had bought the weapons from Madhya Pradesh for committing crimes in the state.
