Police busts inter-state gang of murders and extortions arrest two members recovers two pistols

Police today busted inter state six-member gang involved in murders and extortion cases in Delhi, Haryana, and Punjab with the arrest its two members and recovered two pistols and few cartridges from their possession.

This was disclosed here today by Senior Superintendent of police Vatsala Gupta in a press conference here .

The gang was responsible for a shooting incident at mobile showroom at Kapurthala where they had fired eighteen rounds of bullets and smashed widow glasses and demanded extortion money of rupees 5 crore from its owner on October 7 said SSP .

Police arrested two gang members identified as Munish Kumar and Lalit kumar both residents of Haryana.

SSP said gang was headed by gangster Pawan kumar of Delhi involved in murder case at Govardhan in Delhi in 2020 and several extortion cases in Delhi and Haryana was still at large and police parties have been despatched to arrest him .

she disclosed that gang was also associated with gangster Sourav Gandoli and Kaushal Chaudhry group .

The other members of gang are Pawan Kumar,Rahul, Kaushal Chaudhry and Sourav Gandoli .

Police has registered a case.
