Markets in Kapurthala, Phagwara closed due to Pak threat

Kapurthala, May 10

On the advice of the district administration, all the commercial establishments at Kapurthala and Phagwara remained closed today due to the threat of attack from Pakistan.

Police said three debris of drones or shells have been recovered in the fields at three different locations in the District.Bholath DSP Karnail Singh said army has been requestioned to examine the debris .The residents heard loud sounds of drone attacks even in the early mornings. The administration announced black outs at midnight around 2 am of possible attack by the Pakistan army.

No reports of any causality has been reported from any part of district .
