In future, there is a need to conduct programs related to preservation of cultural and Punjabi heritage: Siddwan

Ferozepur, November 6

The ongoing 64th Inter Zonal Youth Mela of Panjab University, Chandigarh at Dev Samaj College for Women (DSCW) has entered its third day today. The third day was mainly dedicated to drama and theatre. Apart from theater and cultural competitions, on the third-day competitions were conducted in histrionics, war singing, kali singing, Kavishari women’s traditional song, quiz, art and craft, bag phulkari, dasuti etc.

On the third day of this heritage fair, the chief guest was Kultar Singh Sidhwan, Speaker, Vidhan Sabha, Punjab, and Ranbir Singh Bhullar, MLA Ferozepur (Urban), Dr. Jaspal Singh Banipal, Ex-Vice Chancellor, Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo, Manoj Madan, Member, Dev Samaj Counsel, N.R. Sharma, Dean Faculty of Education, Fellow Punjab University, Principal P.U. Constitute College, Guruharshahay and Mohakam Singh Wala, Dr. Inderpal Sidhu, Senator and Fellow, Panjab University, Chandigarh especially joined the event.
