Holiday declared on January 17 in this district in Punjab

To pay homage to the great Sikh martyrs of Kuka movement, Deputy Commissioner Jatinder Jorwal, under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881 has declared a holiday in the district on January 17, 2023, in government, semi-government offices, private offices of district Malerkotla.

Holidays have been declared in schools, educational institutions, universities, colleges, banks, etc. so that people can participate in this function.
