“Guru Kirpa Yatra Train” departs from Amritsar for devotees to visit various pilgrimage sites

Bharat Gaurav Deluxe Air-Conditioned / Sleeper Tourist Train ‘Guru Kirpa Yatra Train’ departed from Amritsar Railway Station. This train departs from Amritsar station for devotees to visit Sri Hazur Sahib (Nanded), Sri Guru Nanak Jhira Sahib (Bidar) and Sri Harmandirji Sahib (Patna).

On this occasion, Additional Divisional Rail Manager (Operation) B. P. Singh, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Shubham Kumar, Senior Public Relations Officer Rajesh Khare, Media Advisor R. K. Rana and Ferozepur Division and IRCTC officials were present.

Indian Railways is running several Bharat Gaurav tourist trains to various pilgrimage sites and tourist circuits to encourage domestic tourism in the country under the Government of India’s scheme “Dekho Apna Desh”. The ‘Guru Kirpa Yatra’ Bharat Gaurav tourist train left today for devotees who have faith in Sikhism from the holy city of Amritsar. Passengers will also be able to board this train from Beas, Jalandhar Cantt, Ludhiana, New Morinda Jn, Chandigarh, Ambala, Kurukshetra, and Delhi Safdarjung stations.

About 5100 kilometers will be covered by this train during the 7 days journey.
