Four key bills passed by Punjab Vidhan Sabha

Chandigarh, June 21

The Punjab Vidhan Sabha today passed four important bills titled the Sikh Gurdwaras (Amendment) Bill, 2023, the Punjab Police (Amendment) Bill, 2023, the Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Amendment Bill, 2023 and the Punjab Universities Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2023 in the Vidhan Sabha session.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann presented two key bills including the Sikh Gurdwaras (Amendment) Bill, 2023, and the Punjab Police (Amendment) Bill, 2023 which were passed in the assembly session.

Higher Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains presented two bills the Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Amendment Bill, 2023, and the Punjab Universities Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2023, and passed in the assembly session.
