Encounter between wanted criminal and police in Ferozepur

Ferozepur, October 10

An encounter reported to have been between a wanted criminal and police in Ferozepur near Canal Colony today.

The police sources said, the motorbike youths intercepted with the police near the Canal Colony when the criminal Daler Singh Daleri wanted in many cases fired on the CIA police and in return firing, he was injured and has been admitted in the hospital. While his accomplice managed to escape. In view of recent snatching and loot cases in the city, the CIA staff has been deputed to keep an eye on the anti-social elements and nab the wanted criminals.
