Dr. Simrat Kaur (IPS) took over the charge as SSP Malerkotla

She was greeted by Gazetted Officers and contingent of Malerkotla Police personnel.

Dr Simrat Kaur belong to 2016 batch and she was in the second year of MD (Gynaecology) when she got selected as an IPS officer.

She has done her graduation in MBBS from Government Medical College, Patiala, she had cleared the IPS in her fifth attempt
