District administration today imparted a training at National Informatics Centre (NIC) Kapurthala on the Local Body Poll Activity Management System (LBPAMS) for officials involved in the upcoming Gram Panchayats elections.
The training session was supervised by Dr. Nayan Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development) and reinforcing the administration’s commitment to an efficient and transparent electoral process.
The LBPAMS Module, designed by NIC to streamline Gram Panchayats election management, provides real-time monitoring, voter coordination, and logistical support.
The training was attended by election officers, technical teams and administrative officials, preparing them to effectively utilize the system in managing the election operations.
Dr.Nayan appreciated NIC’s consistent commitment to successfully managing elections each year, ensuring smooth and transparent processes for all electoral events.
The session was led by Sahil Khatri, District Informatics Officer (DIO) NIC KAPURTHALA, who, along with his team provided comprehensive, hands-on experience to the participants. NIC team including Rajbir Singh, Kanchan Deep Nagi and Sandeep Singh was also instrumental in ensuring the smooth facilitation of the event.
The training concluded with an interactive session where the participants discussed the practical applications of the LBPAMS Module and addressed queries related to its operations, further strengthening the readiness for the upcoming elections.
