Remarkable New Initiative by Sarbpreet Singh, a Social Worker Dedicated to Guiding Directionless Youth of Punjab

NIFAA set to break another World Record in Blood Donation

Chandigarh: The National Integrated Forum of Artists and Activists (NIFFA), a Social Organization that contributed nearly one lakh units of blood to the country’s blood banks by organizing 1,500 Blood Donation Camps in a Single Day during the COVID-19 pandemic under its “Samvedna Campaign,” is now preparing for Samvedna-2, an International Blood Donation and Awareness Campaign. In honor of the 94th Martyrdom Day of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev, the Samvedna-2 Campaign will be held from March 21st to 23rd. The target is to collect 1.5 lakh units of blood through 2,400 Blood Donation camps across the Country.

In this regard, Sarbpreet Singh working as Under Secretary, Punjab Assembly, a prominent Youth leader & a Mentor for youth in Punjab as well as in India, who has been inspiring youth to move away from Drug Addiction and engage in social work, and who has carried out Numerous Social Initiatives at the Global level, addressed members and young volunteers at a meeting held at Ludhiana. He shared details about this Campaign and guided how to motivate Youth to join this Noble Cause, thereby steering them away from Drug Addiction and encouraging them to contribute towards the betterment of Society.

While providing information to the Media, NIFAA’s Founder Chairman Pritpal Singh Pannu and State President Sachpreet Singh, shared that this year marks the 25th anniversary of the organization’s establishment. On this Silver Jubilee occasion, NIFAA has set four Major Goals, including the contribution of 2.5 lakh units of Blood in a year, planting 25 lakh Trees, engaging 25 lakh students in National and Social Service, and motivating them through motivational lectures to help them progress in life. Additionally, NIFAA aims to create a Blood Donation App to make the process of blood donation easier.

In collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, the National Integrated Medical Association (NIMA), NIFAA’s branches across the country, and other partner organizations, blood donation camps will be organized Nationwide from March 21st to 23rd, 2025. Additionally, Blood Conation Camps will be held in about 20 Countries abroad, with the support of the Indian diaspora.

Pannu further informed that the Samvedna-2 campaign will be observed by the World Record of Excellence London team. Following the campaign’s success, organizers or organizations that host camps with at least 30 units of blood donated will be awarded a special certificate from the World Record of Excellence, free of cost. Furthermore, NIFAA will honor participants at a state-level award function across all states, presenting them with an international award. This international award certificate will bear the signatures of the families of martyrs like Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Subhas Chandra Bose, Ashfaq Ullah Khan, Ram Prasad Bismil, Chandrashekhar Azad, and Udham Singh.
