PM Modi to virtually lay foundation stone of 100-bed PGI Satellite Centre at Ferozepur on Feb. 25

Prime Minister, Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of 100 bedded Satellite Centre of PGIMER at Ferozepur, Punjab virtually at 4:45 pm on 25th February 2024 from Rajkot, Gujarat.

With a budget of Rs.490.54 cr, the Satellite Centre of PGIMER at Ferozpur, Punjab is planned to house 100 indoor beds. This includes 30 intensive care and high-dependency beds. It is planned to house 10 clinical speciality departments and five other supporting departments. It will also house minor and major operation theatres. The building will be constructed using the latest techniques and is proposed to be a platinum-rated green hospital.
