Neck to Neck fight between BJP and Congress in Himachal Pradesh

Shimla, December 8

Congress and BJP are neck to neck in fight in Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections as counting of votes is continuing. As per counting till 10.42 AM, Congress was leading on 32 seats and BJP on 31 seats whereas 5 Independents were also leading.
