Arvind Kejriwal to move Supreme Court against Delhi HC order

New Delhi, July 6

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today reacted stronlgy to new orders issued by Delhi Government imposing ban on engaging professionals and said that this will completely strangulate Delhi govt and its services. I don’t know what does Hon’ble LG achieve by doing all this? I hope Hon’ble SC immediately quashes it.

It is worth mentioning here that Services Department of Delhi Govt has ordered all departments to immediately stop engagements of all the Fellows/ Associate Fellows/ Advisors/ Dy. Advisors/ Specialists/ Senior Research Officers/ Consultants, without the approval of the Lieutenant Governor.
