CJI writes to Chief Justices of all High Courts, cautions against using power of authority for availing privileges

New Delhi, July 21

Chief Justice of India Dr Justice DY Chandrachud has reacted strongly to a letter written by Allahabad High court official to railway authorities asking them to seek explanation from concerned officials who did not provide refreshments to a Judge of the High court while travelling in a train and CJI has cautioned all Judges of High Courts against using power of authority for availing privileges.
