15 IAS officers get posting orders, 2 promoted as Special Secretary

Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved appointment of 15 IAS officers including two retired as Chairmen of different boards and also approved in-situ up gradation of two IAS officers to the level of Special Secretary in the rank and pay of Secretary to GoI.
