During the visit, Arora not only shared his vision for the city but also attentively listened to public demands. He highlighted his ongoing efforts, mentioning the Rs.9 crore upgradation project for Rose Garden and assured that similar improvements would be considered for Rakh Bagh.

Presenting his three-year performance report, Arora listed key projects such as the elevated road, upgrades to ESI and Civil Hospitals, Halwara Airport, four bridges along Sidhwan Canal, 700 parking slots, beautification under the elevated road, and a cycle track near Ladhowal.

Acknowledging his candidature for the upcoming Ludhiana (West) by-election, Arora stated that while he never envisioned seeking votes, he now does so with confidence in the people.

Local residents raised concerns about inadequate lighting, washrooms, cleanliness, and the need for a shed for the musical group at Rakh Bagh. Arora promptly accepted these demands, assuring swift action.
