Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Baltej Pannu has strongly countered the statement of Akali Dal (Badal) leader Bikram Singh Majithia. Pannu said that Majithia is frustrated after seeing the condition of his party in the Ludhiana West by-election, where the Akali Dal candidate is facing competition from NOTA.
Baltej Pannu stated that Bikram Majithia and Sukhbir Badal fear that NOTA might win against the Akali Dal. That’s why both are making absurd and baseless allegations.
Pannu added that Bikram Majithia is talking about scams, while the entire Punjab knows that the maximum scams happened during the Akali Dal government. From the grain scam to the irrigation scam, and from drug rackets to all kinds of illegal activities, the Akali government was dominated by kidnappings, extortions, corruption, bribery, and mafia operations. In every scandal, the names of Majithia’s close associates came up. Now, after losing power, they suddenly remember corruption and scams.
Baltej Pannu emphasized that no matter how many lies Bikram Majithia and Sukhbir Badal tell, the Akali Dal candidate will not get more votes than NOTA in the Ludhiana West by-election. Their deposit will be forfeited because the people of Punjab have understood their dirty politics and mindset.
In reality, Bikram Majithia and Sukhbir Badal know that they can never return to power in Punjab. That’s why they speak whatever comes to their minds, regardless of whether it’s true or false. These leaders now only have one task left: to make baseless and false allegations against the Aam Aadmi Party.
