Teachers to gherao Haryana CM’s residence for restoration of old pension

Chandigarh, February 15

The teachers working in various government colleges of the state have braced up for the restoration of old pensions. The Haryana Government College Teachers’ Union, joining hands with various staff organizations of the state, has completed preparations for the gheraoing of the Chief Minister’s residence on Sunday.

Union spokesperson Dr. Ravi Shankar said, “Thousands of teachers from various colleges of the state will participate in the Chief Minister’s residence siege program on Sunday for the restoration of old pension. Necessary instructions have been issued to the protesting teacher.”
